The Operating System
A business that runs on systems instead of on you.
Most founders do not have an operations problem. They have forty small ones, and every one of them has the same root: the way work moves through the company lives in one person's head. The Operating System takes it out of your head and puts it somewhere your team can run it.
For founders whose business only works when they are in the room.

First systems live inside thirty days.
What is in it
- Process maps and written procedures your team follows, not a binder nobody opens
- Project management tool chosen, set up, and rolled out with your people trained on it
- Handoffs between roles designed so nothing lands in the gap between two people
- A weekly reporting rhythm, so you know where things stand without asking
- Every document, login, and system owned by you from day one
Two working sessions with us in the first two weeks. After that, mostly approvals.
First systems live inside thirty days.
What it looks like in practice
- Week one: we sit with you and map how work actually moves, including the parts that only happen because you remember them.
- Week two: we pick the project management tool that fits how your team already works, set it up, and train the people who will live in it.
- Weeks three and four: handoffs get designed, procedures get written in plain language, and the first reporting rhythm starts. You get a Friday summary without asking for one.
- After that: we run it with you until it holds on its own, then hand it back, documented, with every login in your name.
The guarantee
Leave for a week. See what breaks.
That is the test every system we build has to pass. If something we built breaks while you are gone, we fix it at no charge. And everything we document is yours to keep, whether or not we keep working together.
How it works
Simple on purpose.
No lengthy discovery phase and no forty page deck. Three steps, then real work.
A conversation
Thirty minutes to hear what is breaking, what is working, and what you are tired of holding. No pitch, no pressure.
A plan
A short, specific scope. What we take on, what stays with you, what it costs, and when you will feel the difference.
A steady hand
We start. Regular check ins, clear reporting, and the quiet confidence that it is handled.
Questions
About The Operating System
Do we need a specific tool?
No. We work with what your team already uses where we can, and only introduce a new tool when the current one is the reason things stall.
What if my team resists the new process?
They usually resist processes that were written for them, not with them. We build it with the people who will use it, and we train them in it ourselves.
How is this different from hiring an operations manager?
An operations manager runs the system. We build it first, and we leave it documented so whoever runs it next, including an ops manager, is not starting from zero.

on your plate.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. Bring the mess. You leave with an honest read on whether we fit and what we would do first, whether or not you hire us.
