Offer two . Event production

Run of Show

You walk in as the host. We are the production.

An event has two jobs: the one the audience sees and the one that makes it possible. The host cannot do both. Run of Show takes the second job entirely, from the first timeline to the last thank you note, so you walk in as the host and only the host.

For leaders hosting a launch, a summit, a fundraiser, or an offsite who cannot be the one holding the clipboard.

Bianca Mouton, founder of Twinspire

Bookable with six weeks of lead time. Sometimes less.

What is in it

  • Timeline, budget, and a minute by minute run of show
  • Venue and vendor sourcing, negotiation, contracts, and management
  • On site command on the day, so every question goes to us and not to you
  • Post event wrap, follow up, and a debrief that makes the next one easier
What you do

Tell us the goal, the date, and the budget. Then show up.

How fast

Bookable with six weeks of lead time. Sometimes less.

What it looks like in practice

  1. First conversation: goal, date, headcount, budget. We tell you what is realistic and what it will take.
  2. Planning: timeline, budget, vendor shortlist, venue walk-through, and a run of show down to the minute.
  3. The day: we are on site early and we leave last. Every question from a vendor, a speaker, or a guest comes to us, not to you.
  4. After: wrap, follow up, a debrief, and a file you can hand to whoever runs the next one.

The guarantee

Leave for a week. See what breaks.

That is the test every system we build has to pass. If something we built breaks while you are gone, we fix it at no charge. And everything we document is yours to keep, whether or not we keep working together.

How it works

Simple on purpose.

No lengthy discovery phase and no forty page deck. Three steps, then real work.

Step one

A conversation

Thirty minutes to hear what is breaking, what is working, and what you are tired of holding. No pitch, no pressure.

Step two

A plan

A short, specific scope. What we take on, what stays with you, what it costs, and when you will feel the difference.

Step three

A steady hand

We start. Regular check ins, clear reporting, and the quiet confidence that it is handled.

Questions

About Run of Show

What kinds of events?

Launches, summits, fundraisers, team offsites, client dinners, and community events. If it has a date, a room, and a purpose, it fits.

How much lead time do you need?

Six weeks is comfortable for most events. Less is possible depending on the venue and the size. Ask; the answer is usually yes.

Do you work outside Seattle?

Yes, for the right event. Most of our production work is in the Seattle area, and we travel when the event calls for it.
